Closed the Pyatigorsk loop 8.8 km in 30:35 min (3:29 min/km) 🥇
Wanted an easier run today, but found company and had to work again 😤
I hope the saying "the best workout is a race" applies here.
Coach @olegkharitonov.run says: everything is under control 👌 But my job is to doubt until the last moment 😅

Today was really heartfelt at @kavkaz.run 😌 except for the climbs, of course 😂
Actually, I could only outrun my pursuer uphill 🤪 who would have thought 💁🏻‍♀️
